- John Dillon — Co-owner. Twenty-plus years in pool construction across South-East Queensland.
- Cathy Dillon — Co-owner. Cathy runs client communication, scheduling, and the office.
- Travis — Senior Site Supervisor. Pool Construction licensed and a water chemistry expert.
- Lachy — Junior Builder.
