  • In connection with the sale or restructure of our business, in which case we will require the recipient to handle your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

6. Storage and security of your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. These steps include encrypted website connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage with reputable providers, access controls limiting who in our team can see your information, and ongoing staff training.

Some of our service providers (including Shopify) may store data on servers located outside Australia, including in Canada, the United States, and the European Union. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your data in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations (including QBCC, ATO, and Building Act record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project records may be retained for up to 10 years in line with our structural warranty period.
