We don't ship products — we build pools on your property

Wahoo Pool & Landscape Construction Pty Ltd (ABN 509 746 576 38, QBCC Licence 15247996) is a Queensland-based residential pool construction and landscaping company. We do not sell or ship physical products in the traditional sense. Instead, we construct pools on your property as part of a build contract.

This policy explains how our service delivery model works in place of conventional shipping.

1. Our service area

We operate within Queensland, Australia, with a primary focus on Greater Brisbane and South-East Queensland, including:

  • Brisbane City Council region
  • Redland City Council (Capalaba, Cleveland, Wynnum, Manly, Victoria Point, Redland Bay)
  • Logan City Council (Logan, Springwood, Daisy Hill, Beenleigh)
  • Moreton Bay Regional Council (North Lakes, Caboolture, Redcliffe, Bribie Island)
  • Gold Coast City Council (Gold Coast and hinterland)
  • Ipswich City Council
  • Scenic Rim Regional Council (Beaudesert, Boonah, acreage areas)

If your property is outside these areas, please contact us to discuss whether we can serve you. There are no shipping fees because we don't ship — we send our build team to your property.

2. The $500 reservation deposit

When you place a $500 reservation deposit through our online checkout, no physical item ships to you. Instead, you secure a build slot in our calendar. Within 7 business days of your deposit, our project manager Mike will contact you to schedule a free on-site assessment at your property.

3. The on-site assessment

We come to you. The on-site assessment is conducted at your property, free of charge, anywhere within our service area. During this visit we:

  • Inspect your block, ground conditions, and access for excavation equipment;
  • Confirm that the package you have selected fits your space;
  • Identify any site-specific considerations that may affect cost or timeline;
  • Discuss your design preferences and answer your questions.

4. The build itself

Pool construction is delivered on-site at your property over an average of 12 weeks. We do not deliver pre-fabricated pools. Each Wahoo pool is built in place with:

  • 200mm reinforced concrete shell construction (engineer signed-off);
  • Integrated Zodiac Titanium-grade equipment (filtration, lighting, plumbing) installed during the build;
  • Pebble-crete interior finish applied on-site;
  • Final commissioning and Pool Safety Certificate inspection at handover.

5. Equipment and materials delivery to your site

Wahoo coordinates the delivery of all materials, equipment, and machinery to your property as part of the build contract. You do not pay separately for the delivery of pool materials, Zodiac equipment, or building supplies — these are included within your itemised quote. Your only responsibility is to keep access clear on excavation and equipment delivery days (we will give you 48 hours' notice).

6. International orders

We do not provide services outside of Australia. Pool construction is a regulated, licensed activity in Queensland, and our QBCC licence covers Queensland only. International enquiries cannot be accepted.
